1. Agreement of Service

By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Our service includes photography/videography coverage as per the selected package, professional editing, and digital/physical delivery of the final assets.

2. Payments & Booking

• A Booking Advance is required to reserve your date. Without the advance, the slot remains open for other clients.
• The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the day of the event/shoot.
• Failure to pay the full amount may result in a delay in the delivery of photos or albums.

3. Creative License & Editing

We retain the creative license to edit and release only those images that meet our professional standards. Raw files are generally not provided unless specifically mentioned in your package. Our editing style is consistent with the portfolio shown on our website.

4. Copyright & Ownership

• Studio Rights: We retain the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes (social media, website, portfolio) unless a "Private Shoot" fee is paid.
• Client Usage: You are granted personal usage rights. You can print and share your photos, but you cannot sell them to third parties or use them for commercial advertising without our written consent.

5. Event Coverage Conditions

We are not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes outside our control, such as guest interference, weather conditions, or restricted access at the venue. It is the client's responsibility to ensure we have a safe and accessible environment to work in.

6. Data Storage

We keep a backup of your edited photos for 6 months from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee the recovery of your data. We strongly recommend saving your photos in multiple locations.
