Service & Product Satisfaction

1. Custom Services (Photography)

Since photography and videography are customized creative services, no refunds will be issued once the shoot has been completed. We work closely with our clients during the editing phase to ensure the final output meets your expectations.

2. Physical Products (Albums & Prints)

We take great pride in the quality of our printed products. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the album has printing errors or binding issues.
  • Transit Damage: If the product reaches you in a damaged condition during shipping.
Important: You must report any physical damage within 48 hours of receiving the product with unboxing photos/videos.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital raw files or final edited digital copies once delivered.
  • Customized albums where the design was pre-approved by the client.
  • Services provided on-site (Event coverage).

4. Refund Approval

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
